It was my first trip to Raro, and my families second. I had such a fantastic time and didn't want to come back home!!!The staff at the Rarotongan highly contributed to my pleasurable stay, thanks heaps!!!I'm definitely going to return again and recommend to my friends!

First time in Rarotonga, what a beautiful paradise we awoke to the next morning, as we arrived very late at night. The staff are all very friendly and very accomodating, if we required anything it was seen to. The room was very comfortable and so splendid to open our door to the beach. The activities were great, always something to do. I really recommend this resort and will stay here if I ever have the fortune to come back.

Best possible location for a Honeymoon

When we arrived at Rarotongan Beach Resort in the very early hours of the morning, we had no idea what viewswe would awaken to. Imagine our delight when we drew the curtains that morning to the sights of the crystal clear lagoon, the beeming white sands and the bright sun shine. What a view!!This was just the beginning of a magnificant stay at the resort. On our first night, we were welcomed by Drinks on the deck where we were greeted by a "TrueCook Island Warrior". Little did we realise that this was to be the first of our many interactions with Bruce. He was so accomadating, understanding and always ready for a chat. Bruce was always on hand organising activities, night entertainment and even a working bee! Whether he was organising a working bee or crab race, he was always willing to stop for a while, have a chat and tell us about his life growing up on Raro. What an asset to your resort he is.Breakfast time, WOW, what an experience, great food, fresh fruit, pastries, cerial and then what became our daily ritual of feeding the fish of the balcony each morning after we had eaten. To see the water "boil" with these fish was truely amasing.All staff were extremely friendly and it didn't matter how many times a day you would pass them, they would still always say "Hi" with a beautiful smile. The fully serviced rooms daily were a delight, fresh towels and no house keeping for a week certainly enhanced our honeymoon!Laisa from the tour desk was an absolute treasure, always greeting us with Good morning or Kia Orana Mr & Mrs Lister making our honeymoon extra memorable. She was always there to assure us that the bus would be coming, it was on Cook Island time, just a little late, thats all! We would certainly recommend the Quad bike experience as one not to be missed as we would Captain Tama's Lagoon cruise, and YES,definately hire a scooter to get around the Island. We saw so much of the Island this way. 350km in just 6 days on an island that is only 32km around, how good was this place. Laisa always remembered where we had been and asked us how our experience was, another great asset to the resort.The raro also offers fantastic restaurant & Bar staff. They are all professsional in their job, but always with a welcoming smile and nothing is ever too much trouble, especially for Niko, who can mix the best cocktails we've ever tasted, not to mention the local tap beer which we ended up calling Backyard Beer. His smile is so contageous, you just can't help but order another cocktail. Niko and the other bar staff were always ready to look after you, no matter what.How good did we feel the night we were leaving, when staff members made a special point of coming to say goodbye to us. Bruce, Laisa & Bruce, in particular, Thank you for helping to make our Honeymoon so memorable.We recommend Rarotongan Beach resort for any holiday and especailly if you are looking for somewhere to relax, snorkel, kayak, eat and drink. Thank you all, we had a blast!!!!!

i really appreciate the wedding in my life,i can come here and spent my dream time!so beautiful island and so blue sky.the pictucre is the church for my wedding,so nice!

This was our third time visiting for vacation. When our family votes on where to go, this place wins most often. We just love the beautiful beach, and the area, and all the fun things to do. We eat and play and relax. We go home rested, refreshed and ready to resume our normal lives.
